Empirical Juridical Research with a legislative approach analyzed using Legal Theory in Policy Orientation produces the following conclusions: a) Indonesian tourism legal politics currently applies with two approaches, namely culture and economics, but the two are not carried out in a balanced manner so that tourism legal politics actually becomes culture as a potential or resources that can be utilized for economic benefits but are not followed by real efforts to preserve or sustain tourism, b) Indonesian tourism legal politics greatly influences the direction of immigration policy in Indonesia, this is shown by: Visa Free Visit Policy, Immigration Ease Policy for Foreign Investors and Tourists, Beware of Overtourism, and Challenges of Strengthening Supervision of Foreigners.
2025-01-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Yasir Yasirhttps://jurnalsyntaxadmiration.com/index.php/jurnal/article/view/2004A Study on The Implementation of Picture Word Inductive Model Teaching Writing2025-01-03T03:03:39+00:00Andi Mutmainna[email protected]Sriati Usman[email protected]Budi Budi [email protected]
The study employs a library research design by collecting and analyzing data from previously published sources. It aims to describe the steps in implementing the Picture Word Inductive Model (PWIM) strategy for teaching writing and to explain its effectiveness in improving students' writing skills. Primary data were obtained from Emily F. Calhoun's book (1999), while secondary data were gathered from six journal articles published between 2017 and 2021 on PWIM's implementation in teaching writing. The study identifies 10 steps in implementing the PWIM strategy: selecting and identifying pictures, creating a picture-word chart, reading and reviewing the chart aloud, reading and classifying words, spelling words, adding words, creating titles, generating sentences and paragraphs, and reviewing sentences and paragraphs. However, variations in these steps were observed in the reviewed studies, with adaptations made to accommodate students’ age, knowledge, and learning environment. All studies reported an improvement in students' ability to write descriptive texts when using PWIM. Its effectiveness is attributed to the use of engaging pictures that stimulate inductive thinking and motivate students to actively participate in the learning process. The study has several implications. Teachers should be creative in selecting pictures as learning media to optimize PWIM's impact. For schools, PWIM can support effective teaching and learning activities. At the student level, the strategy is applicable across educational levels for teaching writing skills. Regarding writing itself, PWIM provides visual stimuli that enhance students’ achievement. In conclusion, the study highlights the significance of PWIM as an effective strategy in teaching writing, offering insights into its potential for improving students' writing skills
2025-01-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Andi Mutmainnahttps://jurnalsyntaxadmiration.com/index.php/jurnal/article/view/2003Pendidikan Amar Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar2025-01-03T03:01:15+00:00Rohimin Al ‘ Asror[email protected]Muhammad Hafidz Khusnadin[email protected]Ahmad Zumaro[email protected]Ilma Maulana Ahmad[email protected]
Education contributes greatly to the progress of a nation and is a mirror of the personality of society. The findings reveal that the Surabaya District Court’s decision to impose a four-year prison sentence on the defendant under Article 378 of the Indonesian Penal Code represents a firm legal stance aimed at deterrence. Furthermore, the study highlights that insufficient oversight by medical committees is a key factor contributing to serious breaches within the healthcare system. Therefore, enhanced audit mechanisms and evaluations in medical personnel recruitment processes are urgently needed to prevent similar incidents in the future. This research is relevant to the development of policies and practices in Indonesia's healthcare sector, particularly in strengthening the oversight mechanisms for medical personnel recruitment.
2025-01-25T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Roy Richardo Hutagaolhttps://jurnalsyntaxadmiration.com/index.php/jurnal/article/view/2021Pertahanan dan Keamanan Berlandaskan Prinsip Pancasila Bagi Generasi Produktif Menuju Indonesia Emas 20452025-01-19T08:20:48+00:00Muhammad Arbani[email protected]
The vision of "Golden Indonesia 2045" targets Indonesia as a developed country based on Pancasila values to create solid national stability. Using an analytical-descriptive approach with a literature review method, this study examines various dimensions of policy impacts, including fiscal, macroeconomic, sectoral, and implementation feasibility aspects. This study found that the increase in VAT has the potential to increase state revenues by IDR 85-95 trillion per year, but also has potential consequences of inflationary pressures of 1.1-1.4% and a short-term slowdown in economic growth of 0.3-0.4%. From a sectoral perspective, MSMEs face significant pressure with a decline in margins of 2-3%, while the formal sector shows better resilience. The implementation feasibility analysis indicates that the readiness of the tax administration system has reached 85%, although there are still several challenges in the supervision aspect. This study recommends a gradual implementation approach with an increase of 0.5% per year, accompanied by strengthening social assistance programs and special incentives for MSMEs. Periodic monitoring and evaluation framework are key to ensuring the effectiveness of this policy while minimizing negative impacts on the economy. This study concluded that the success of this policy depends on the right timing of implementation, institutional readiness, and comprehensive supporting policies.
Simultaneously, the Indonesian government aims to achieve a renewable energy mix of 23% by 2025 and 31.2% by 2050, promoting the co-firing of biomass with coal at rates of 5% to 12%. However, this transition presents operational challenges, such as altered combustion characteristics, overheating in superheater zones, and increased slagging and fouling potential. This study aims to analyze the impact of co-firing biomass with coal on boiler performance at a 600 MW PLTU using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations. Data inputs include coal specifications and biomass mixing ratios of 3%, 5%, 8%, and 12%. Simulations were conducted using Ansys Fluent software to assess variations in temperature, pressure, and flow distribution. The results indicate that increasing biomass percentages reduces combustion temperatures and alters the distribution of key combustion byproducts, such as H₂O and SO₂. A higher biomass ratio mitigates the risk of overheating but requires careful operational adjustments to maintain efficiency. The findings support the optimization of co-firing operations, contributing to reduced carbon emissions and compliance with Indonesia’s renewable energy targets. Objective: This study aims to identify the pattern of aerobic bacteria and test the sensitivity of these bacteria to various types of antibiotics in patients using urethral catheters in the inpatient installation of GMIM Pancaran Kasih Hospital, Manado. Methods: The type of research is descriptive with a cross-sectional design, namely by identifying bacteria using the Gram staining method and biochemical tests and antibiotic sensitivity tests. Results: The results of the study obtained three types of bacteria, namely Bacillus sp., Escherichia coli, and Streptococcus sp, all bacteria are sensitive to meropenem. Conclusion: This study found Bacillus sp, Escherichia coli, and Streptococcus sp. and the most common was Bacillus sp. Bacillus sp and Streptococcus sp were sensitive to meropenem but resistant to Aztreonam, Cefuroxime, and Cefotaxime, while Escherichia coli was sensitive to all antibiotics tested.

2025-01-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Theofani Valentino Moniung, Fredine Esther Silvana Rares, Olivia Amelia Waworuntuhttps://jurnalsyntaxadmiration.com/index.php/jurnal/article/view/2077Pola Bakteri Aerob pada Sampel Sputum dan Uji Sensitivitas Antibiotik Pasien Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Dr. J.H Awaloei2025-01-19T08:48:21+00:00Ribka Milkallah Sepang[email protected]Heriyannis Homenta[email protected]Fredine E. S. Rares[email protected]
Cough with phlegm is the most common medical complaint that leads to referral to a pulmonary specialist. Based on the World Health Organization (WHO) report that every year 4 out of 13 million deaths in developing countries are caused by respiratory tract infections, and at Dr. JH Awaloei Hospital, respiratory tract infections are ranked 4th out of 10 most common diseases. ARI can be treated with antibiotics if the microorganisms that cause it are bacteria, but the use of antibiotics must be in accordance with antibiogram data, rational and appropriate doses to prevent an increase in antibiotic resistance, because antibiotic resistance has become a chronic and global public health problem. Purpose: This study aims to identify aerobic bacterial patterns and antibiotic sensitivity tests in sputum samples of inpatients at Dr. J.H Awaloei Hospital. Methods: This study used a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach, namely by conducting bacterial pattern research on 15 samples, then cultured using nutrient agar and mac conkey at the Microbiology Laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine, Sam Ratulangi University. Results: Identification of bacteria by Gram staining. Antibiotic sensitivity test. The results of this study obtained Staphylococcus sp. (86.67%); Staphylococcus aureus (6.67%); Streptococcus sp. (6.67%). All bacteria were sensitive to the antibiotic Amikacin and resistant to Ampicillin and Clindamicin. The conclusion of this study is that the most bacteria found are Staphylococcus sp. which is most sensitive to Amikacin, Meropenem and most resistant to Ampicillin, Aztreonam, Clindamicin, Erythromycin.

2025-01-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Ribka Milkallah Sepang, Heriyannis Homenta, Fredine E.
