Analisis Hukum terhadap Janji Asuransi yang Tidak Realistis: Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Nasabah

Insurance companies often use attractive promises of benefits as a marketing strategy to attract potential customers. However, in some cases, these promises are unrealistic and cannot be fulfilled, which ultimately harms the client. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects that regulate unrealistic insurance promises and their impact on legal protection for customers in Indonesia. This study uses normative juridical methods, this study examines applicable laws and regulations, such as Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance, as well as cases that occur in Indonesia related to unreasonable insurance promises. The results of the study show that despite regulations that protect consumers, the practice of selling insurance that is not transparent still often occurs. The study recommends that insurance companies increase transparency and the government tighten supervision to ensure that customer rights are well protected.

Uji Standarisasi Parameter Spesifik dan Nonspesifik serta Penetapan Kadar Total Fenolik Ekstrak Daun Kelor (Moringa Oleifera)

This study aims to standardize specific and non-specific parameters and determine the total phenolic levels in moringa leaf extract (Moringa oleifera) taken from Ternate. The standardization of specific parameters includes organoleptic, ethanol soluble juice content, and watersoluble juice content, while nonspecific parameters include drying shrinkage, moisture content, and ash content. The determination of total phenolic levels was carried out using the Folin-Ciocalteu method. The results of the study showed that moringa leaf extract met the requirements of standardization of specific and non-specific parameters according to the Indonesia Herbal Pharmacopoeia. The total phenolic content was expressed in Gallic Acid Equivalent (GAE) units of 206.36 mg GAE/g sample. This study shows that moringa leaf extract has good quality and safety in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.

Strengthening the excellence of study programs is a strategic step in order to improve the quality of competitiveness of study programs in order to be able to adapt to the needs of scientific developments at the global level. Therefore, a comprehensive and data-based strategy formulation is needed to optimize the Strengthening process. This study aims to identify the Strengths, opportunities, Weaknesses, and Threats and formulate a strategy to Strengthen the excellence of the D3 Culinary Arts Study Program of Balikpapan State Polytechnic. The methods used in formulating this excellence Strengthening strategy are SWOT and QSPM. The results obtained in this study are based on the IE matrix which is seen in the total IFEM score of 2,966 and EFEM of 2,924 in the SWOT matrix, the position of the Study Program is in quadrant V (Hold and Maintain) which means it has moderate internal and external capabilities so that it is necessary to Strengthen the Strength variables and develop according to the opportunities it has. Based on the QSPM analysis, alternative strategies to utilize industry-based curriculum and the implementation of PBL-based curriculum to establish collaboration with institutions and industries at national and international levels to improve student competency and internship opportunities (9.90), overcome the community paradigm towards universities in Java which are considered better by improving international accreditation of study programs and utilizing a wide alumni network for promotion and branding, (9.84) and utilizing a wide alumni network to expand cooperation and funding in the fields of education and research and improving mentoring and networking programs for students (9.82) are the three priorities of the Study Program

Along with the development of the times, beverage products began to have many variations. Coconut Shake is a trending drink in Singapore made from coconut, milk, and various flavors. The purpose of this organoleptic test research is to find out the level of preference seen from the taste, aroma, and color of Coconut Shake products and to find out the public acceptance of Coconut Shake products. The results of the study showed that 5 respondents liked the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake", 3 respondents quite liked the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake", and 2 respondents did not like the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake". It can be concluded that the contemporary drink "Coconut Shake" can be accepted by some people.

In Indonesia, efforts to improve corporate financial reporting standards have made corporate governance a top priority. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of auditor quality and corporate governance on the quality of company reports. The research method used was the systematic review method. Syytematic review is a methodology used in literature review, which maps the content of the literature and identifies gaps in the field of study. Sestemtic review using the PRISMA Technique. Based on the results of the review carried out, the impact of auditor quality and corporate governance on the quality of company reports is: 1) producing better quality financial statements; 2) Able to identify major errors in financial statements; 3) Have Compliance with Accounting Regulations and Standards; 4) Periodic reviews.

The Pesona Subang program as a solution to the problem of technology-based pineapple leaf waste in Subang Regency using a partiborator machine, is a strategy to realize sustainable development, which of course has an impact on various aspects, such as the environment, economy, and social. Of course, the role of women and youth in the implementation of the Subang Charm Program in Cikadu Village is very important, because it can create a big impact, especially on the environment. Meanwhile, the involvement of women and youth in sustainable development is considered crucial, with the involvement of women and youth as beneficiaries of the Subang Charm Program. The implementation of the Subang Charm Program in Subang Regency, West Java, is a solution for processing pineapple leaf waste which has only been thrown away or burned by pineapple farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of halal certification on consumer purchase interest at All You Can Eat Restaurants in Surabaya City and the effect of halal awareness on consumer purchase interest at All You Can Eat Restaurants in Surabaya City. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach, primary data sources through the distribution of questionnaires using gform. The sampling technique used in this study, the purposive non-probability technique, with a total of 104 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results showed that halal certification had a significant effect on consumer purchase interest and halal awareness also had a significant effect on consumer purchase interest.

This study aims to optimize the management of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in the nurse station unit of the outpatient department at Pekanbaru Eye Center Hospital. Observations revealed various technical and operational challenges, including limited IT staff, lack of user training, and inadequate SIMRS infrastructure and features. The research methodology involved a priority problem analysis using the USG method (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) and Fish Bone Diagram to identify root causes. Proposed interventions include intensive training, development of relevant SIMRS features, technological infrastructure upgrades, standardized SOP preparation, and regular monitoring and evaluation. The findings suggest that these measures have the potential to significantly improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and the quality of hospital services. The study’s implications are expected to assist hospitals in addressing digitalization challenges in the healthcare sector.

This research aims to improve the administrative management of the Cooperative in Kampung Juang An-Nahdliyah, Sodong Basari Village. The establishment of Kampung Juang An-Nahdliyah as the Village of Agrarian Reform Awakening in 2023. The village is expected to improve the economic welfare of its residents through a cooperative named Koperasi Jasa Bakti Mandiri Jaya. However, the administration management is still considered lacking, which is caused by the low quality of human resources. This research recommends cooperative administration training as a means to improve administrative performance, such as the procedures for creating and implementing the 16 mandatory cooperative books. This research shows that administrative training is an effective solution to improve the understanding of cooperative administration in Kampung Juang An-Nahdliyah.

Jakarta faces a serious flood threat due to a combination of sea level rise, land subversion due to groundwater exploitation, and extreme rainfall. The Giant Sea Wall project is proposed as a solution to reduce annual economic losses of Rp 2.1 trillion, while protecting the city from flash floods and river floods, as well as supporting the development of coastal business and tourism areas. However, this project is faced with major challenges, such as funding needs that require innovation in the form of Green Financing and public-private partnerships, social resistance due to lack of community involvement, as well as ecological impacts such as the loss of mangrove habitat and disruption of sedimentation patterns. Global studies, such as Delta Works in the Netherlands, highlight the importance of ecosystem-based approaches and integrated design to ensure sustainability. The success of this project depends on the integration of mangrove restoration, the use of advanced technology, inclusive policies, and the active involvement of local communities to ensure equitable socio-economic impact as well as long-term sustainability.

This research aims to provide a systematic review of the Australian Mathematics Curriculum with a focus on its context, content and implementation process, and evaluate its relevance in global mathematics education. Through a literature review approach, this study collected and analyzed relevant literature on curriculum development, teaching strategies and challenges in the implementation of the Australian Mathematics Curriculum, comparing it with curricula in other countries. The research method used is a literature review, by examining academic sources including journal articles, books, research reports from the last 10 years, and official documents related to the mathematics curriculum in Australia and other countries. The data collected was then thematically analyzed to identify strengths and weaknesses in the curriculum approach, and to relate the findings to the global context. The results showed that. 1) context description; The Australian Mathematics Curriculum is driven by an inclusive and competency-based national education policy, with an emphasis on developing critical thinking skills, problem solving, and the use of technology in learning. 2) Description of curriculum content includes three main strands: Number and Algebra, Measurement and Geometry, and Statistics and Probability, which are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of mathematics, with a progressive and graduated approach from primary to secondary levels. 3) Process Description; the implementation of the curriculum involved inquiry-based teaching, problem solving, and technology integration, despite facing challenges related to teacher training, infrastructure, and access gaps in rural and remote areas.

This study aims to analyze the sources, patterns, and methods of interpretation in the book Tafsir Al-Muẓhiri by Qadi Ṡanaullah Panipati, with a special focus on Surat An-Nur. Qadi Ṡanaullah Panipati is an influential scholar in India who has extensive knowledge in various Islamic disciplines, including tafsir, hadith, and fiqh. In this study, the sources of interpretation are divided into two categories, namely primary sources that include the Qur'an, hadiths, and the opinions of companions and tabi'in, and secondary sources that function to enrich the understanding of interpretation. The general method of interpretation used in this book is the tahlili method, where Qadhi Muhammad compiles the tafsir based on the order of the letters and groups the issues that have a related meaning. This study also identifies several special methods applied in interpretation, such as the explanation of makki and madani, reasonable verses, and the use of the terms "mas'alah" and "Faidah" that are characteristic of the interpretation.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a strategic role in shaping the character of students with the Rahmatan lil 'Alamin paradigm which involves theological, social, and humanitarian dimensions. This research aims to explore the integration of Rahmatan lil 'Alamin values in PAI through this approach. The method used is literature research with the main sources of Qur'an verses, books, and relevant scientific articles. The results of the study show that the Rahmatan lil 'Alamin paradigm can be applied through the development of curriculum, teaching materials, and teaching methods that emphasize compassion, tolerance, social justice, and respect for diversity. PAI plays a role not only in shaping religious students, but also humanists, with a global awareness of the role of Islam in world peace. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of a holistic approach to PAI that is relevant to current social and global challenges.

This study aims to: (1) whether or not there is a relationship between OPMAZ organizational culture and behavioral changes in grade 12 students of MA Ma'had Al-Zaytun; (2) the influence of OPMAZ organizational culture on behavior changes in grade 12 MA Ma'had Al-Zaytun students as administrators and non-administrators of the organization. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the theory used in this study being Robbins (1996) theory, namely organizational culture and behavior change theory. A simple linear regression test was used in the study to determine the influence, and the determination coefficient (R2) was used to determine the percentage of influence on the number of samples of 76 respondents and a total population of 579. The results of the study show that: First, there is a positive relationship between OPMAZ organizational culture and changes in student behavior, which is evidenced by the value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.485 or 48.5%, which shows that around 48.5% of the variability of student behavior changes can be explained by variations in OPMAZ organizational culture. Second, a simple linear regression test revealed that OPMAZ organizational culture had a significant influence on changes in student behavior, with a regression equation of Y = 0.6964X and then Scatter Plot analysis with the Standardized Coefficients method showed a strong positive linear relationship between the two variables. Based on the results of the analysis, the change in student behavior was categorized into 4 quadrants actually and 2 quadrants based on regression results, which showed the similarity of the level of organizational culture and changes in student behavior from sufficient to good.

Analisis Penggunaan Sistem Manajemen Mutu Iso/Iec 17025:2017 pada Laboratorium Pengujian Material Konstruksi Kabupaten Badung

Accreditation of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 for laboratory is carried out to guarantee the testing quality conducted by a laboratory. The Badung Regency Construction Materials Testing Laboratory is one of the government laboratories that has implemented the SNI ISO/IEC 17025:2008 quality management system and has been accredited by KAN (National Accreditation Committee). To be able to continue accreditation from KAN, the laboratory plans to take acreditation of ISO / IEC 17025 version 2017. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Laboratory quality management system that is measured according to the clauses of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 and to develop strategies that can be performed to improve the implemention of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. In phase I, data collection was conducted through interviews using checklist developed based on ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. The implementation was assesed based on of the quality standards ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 (clause 4 to clause 8). The results showed that the implementation of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 was in good category with score of 75,91%. While, atphase II, data collection was conducted through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to develop strategies that can be performed by the company to succeed the implementation of ISO / IEC 17025: 2017. The identified strategies include rearranging documents of the laboratory task and authority of laboratory personnel related to organizational structure, responsibility, training of lab personnel, implementation of laboratory quality management systems, conducting risk analysis to determine risk management actions in each work procedure so that work processes can be more efficient to produce products and services according to requirements that meet customer satisfaction.

Hubungan Movement Behavior dengan Health Related Quality of Life pada Siswa/I Smp Tarakanita Citra Raya selama Pandemi Tahun 2021

Movement behavior is a combination of motion behavior that includes physical activity, sleep duration, and sedentary behavior. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, there were several changes in human movement behavior within 24 hours due to the implementation of policies to break the chain of transmission. The impact caused by the implementation of social distancing causes limited human movement that affect the health-related quality of life for each individual, especially on indicators of children's physical, mental and social health. This study aims to see the relationship between movement behavior and health related quality of life in students of SMP Tarakanita Citra Raya during the 2021 pandemic using an analytical method with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted at SMP Tarakanita Citra Raya with 239 respondents consist of 88 male students and 151 female students. Data were collected using the GPAQ questionnaire, sleep duration, and KIDSCREEN-27 which were filled out online in December 2021. The results of this research indicate the characteristics of movement behavior that 74.06% of students do physical activity less than 1680 MET-minutes/week, 65.7% of students have a sleep duration of 6-8 hours per day, 29.29% of students perform sedentary behavior 3-4 hours, 47.28% of students do not meet the recommendation of movement behavior, and 84.94% of students have a good HRQoL. Statistical tests based on the Pearson correlation showed that there was a very weak relationship between physical activity and health related quality of life with a correlation coefficient of 0.177 with p value of 0.006 and the correlation between sleep duration and health related quality of life with a correlation coefficient of 0.190 and a p value of 0.003.

This research aims to analyze the influence of company characteristics which are proxied through the variables leverage, size, profitability and capital intensity on the tax avoidance variable in state-owned companies in the transportation industry. In this study, the data used by the researcher to carry out in-depth analysis and testing was obtained through secondary data collected by the researcher from the financial reports of state-owned companies in the transportation industry in the period 2018 to 2022. The sample used by the researcher used the purposive sampling method which has been used. determined and collected as many as 44 companies whose criteria had been determined by researchers. The results of this research show that the leverage, size and capital intensity variables have no influence on tax avoidance, while the ROA and ROE variables have a significant influence on tax avoidance. The novelty offered in this research is that researchers tested tax avoidance practices through several variables that have been determined in the transportation sector in government-owned companies, in this case BUMN, which is one type of industry that often escapes public scrutiny, so this is quite interesting to research.

The high The politics of tourism law in Indonesia greatly influences immigration policy. The politics of tourism law in Indonesia has resulted in a very large acceptance of the entry of foreigners. One of the functions of immigration is to facilitate community welfare development, which has given rise to demands for the Directorate General of Immigration to provide policies that support the international tourism sector. Various immigration facilitation policies such as free visas and ease of applying for visas are implemented to support increasing the country's foreign exchange in the tourism sector. Empirical Juridical Research with a legislative approach analyzed using Legal Theory in Policy Orientation produces the following conclusions: a) Indonesian tourism legal politics currently applies with two approaches, namely culture and economics, but the two are not carried out in a balanced manner so that tourism legal politics actually becomes culture as a potential or resources that can be utilized for economic benefits but are not followed by real efforts to preserve or sustain tourism, b) Indonesian tourism legal politics greatly influences the direction of immigration policy in Indonesia, this is shown by: Visa Free Visit Policy, Immigration Ease Policy for Foreign Investors and Tourists, Beware of Overtourism, and Challenges of Strengthening Supervision of Foreigners.

A Study on The Implementation of Picture Word Inductive Model Teaching Writing

The study employs a library research design by collecting and analyzing data from previously published sources. It aims to describe the steps in implementing the Picture Word Inductive Model (PWIM) strategy for teaching writing and to explain its effectiveness in improving students' writing skills. Primary data were obtained from Emily F. Calhoun's book (1999), while secondary data were gathered from six journal articles published between 2017 and 2021 on PWIM's implementation in teaching writing. The study identifies 10 steps in implementing the PWIM strategy: selecting and identifying pictures, creating a picture-word chart, reading and reviewing the chart aloud, reading and classifying words, spelling words, adding words, creating titles, generating sentences and paragraphs, and reviewing sentences and paragraphs. However, variations in these steps were observed in the reviewed studies, with adaptations made to accommodate students’ age, knowledge, and learning environment. All studies reported an improvement in students' ability to write descriptive texts when using PWIM. Its effectiveness is attributed to the use of engaging pictures that stimulate inductive thinking and motivate students to actively participate in the learning process. The study has several implications. Teachers should be creative in selecting pictures as learning media to optimize PWIM's impact. For schools, PWIM can support effective teaching and learning activities. At the student level, the strategy is applicable across educational levels for teaching writing skills. Regarding writing itself, PWIM provides visual stimuli that enhance students’ achievement. In conclusion, the study highlights the significance of PWIM as an effective strategy in teaching writing, offering insights into its potential for improving students' writing skills

This article is a library research by searching for data through literature review, which is a series of activities related to the methods used in collecting library data. The literature review is conducted by collecting, evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting information contained in literature or written sources relevant to a particular research topic. Amar ma'ruf nahi munkar education has an important contribution to creating social stability. Scabies or scabies disease is a skin disease caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei mite which is characterized by symptoms of 4 cardinal signs. Transmitted through direct or indirect contact, can occur in densely populated environments and poor personal hygiene and sanitation. This study aims to determine the relationship between sociodemographic factors and personal hygiene with the incidence of scabies at the Ngalah Islamic boarding school, Pasuruan. This is a quantitative observational analytical study with a case control approach. The number of samples used was 64 respondents using the simple random sampling method. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires and interviews which showed that most respondents were in the case group with male gender (75.0%) and poor personal hygiene (81.3%). based on the Chi-Square statistical test <0.005 which means there is a significant relationship between sociodemographic factors and the incidence of scabies. However, the sleeping habits variable got the Chi-Square test results> 0.005, namely there was no significant relationship between sleeping habits and the incidence of scabies. In male gender and poor personal hygiene causes a person to have a high risk of being exposed to scabies skin disease.

This study aims to obtain an empirical description of the improvement of student learning outcomes in learning science subject matter to motion of objects through the experimental method in class IV SDN Cilandak Barat 01 Pagi in the 2019/2020 academic year. This study applies Classroom Action Research (Action Research) to the implementation of learning science subject matter to motion of objects through the experimental method in class IV semester 2 students of the 2019/2020 school year SDN Cilandak Barat 01 Pagi. This research was conducted in two cycles, each one meeting cycle. Before the improvement of learning was implemented pre-cycle and the result was 27 students who had not completed it, 87.10%, 4 students were 12.90%. After the improvement was carried out, the results in the first cycle of students who had not completed were 18 students, 58.07% of the children who had completed learning were 13 students at 41.93%, while in the second cycle there were no students who had not completed it by 0% and who had finished learning reached 31 students or 100%. The important finding in this study is that learning science material force on motion of objects through the experimental method in grade IV students can: Increase student activity in learning, increase cooperation to solve a problem, and increase student responsibility for assignments given by the teacher so as to improve the learning achievement of science subject motion through the experimental method in grade IV students.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional cash assistance program that aims to alleviate poverty through the family as the initial foundation in achieving family welfare. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is related to the Indonesian Sociology course, which is material on social problems in Indonesia. One of the materials is about poverty. And the Family Hope Program (PKH) is related to the Public Policy course. One of the materials is to alleviate poverty in Indonesia through PKH. However, PKH until now has reduced the poverty rate still resulting in a low number and the independent graduation process of PKH participants is still low, which indicates that this program is only a road in place. This research was conducted using a qualitative method. The selection of research informants was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out during data collection then reduces data, presents data, verifies and draws conclusions from research results. The results of the analysis show that community participation in the implementation of PKH in the field is running well and in accordance with applicable regulations. However, there are aspects that need to be improved such as standard operational procedures, the quality of the Government that holds the standard of recipient criteria, there are indications of discretion of the companion that has the potential to deviate.

Cases of bullying or what is known as bullying are a problem that never ends in society, especially among children and teenagers. This bullying behavior is carried out by stronger individuals against weaker individuals with the aim of hurting and intimidating. So children with special needs who have physical and mental limitations are often the victims of bullying. Problems that often occur in society require strong support from within or from the family to face external problems or the victim's environment. Therefore, interpersonal communication between parents is very important for children with special needs who are victims of bullying. This is presented in the film Dear Frankie, where there is interpersonal communication between Frankie's parents and Frankie, the child who is deaf. Where Frankie can act mature, independent and confident in facing his friend who is a bully.

Pengaruh Dewan Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Kinerja Keuangan

This study aims to examine the influence of the Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Financial Performance. The research focuses on manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 26 companies as the research objects. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The study results show that (1) The Independent board of commissioners has no significant impact on financial performance and shows a negative relationship. (2) Institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, (3) Corporate Social Responsibility does not have a significant effect on financial performance and tends to exhibit a negative relationship.

Low Back Pain (LBP) is a pain of discomfort sensation, localized in the lower part of the cost and the lower folds of the gluteal and can radiate towards the legs to the feet. Medical students are at high risk of the occurrence of LBP one of the factors is the large number of busy lecture schedules that result in students doing static work that is sitting for long duration, so that many of the students are in the wrong sitting position, and this results in musculoskeletal complaints such as LBP. This research aimed to determine the relationship between the incidence of LBP in students and the duration of sitting and the factors that influence it. The design of this study is cross-sectional analytics, with the research respondents being students of the Faculty of Medicine, Tarumanagara University class of 2020. Subjects were taken using a consecutive sampling technique. LBP data collection using ODI and VAS questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a statistical program with a limit of meaning of p-values <0.05. The total respondents to this study were 127 students with an average age 19. A total of 89 (70.1%) respondents were female, 101 (79.5%) respondents had a sitting duration of ≥4 hours. The results of the analysis found that there was a meaningful relationship between the incidence of LBP in students and the duration of sitting during lectures with meaningful values (p=<0,01;PRR=1,578), meaningful results between sitting position (p=0.001), not/rare exercise frequency (P=0.349) and exercise duration never/<30 minutes (P=0.124), the result was not meaningful between BMI and LBP (p=0.995;PRR=1.003). Based on epidemiological analysis, the factor that most affects LBP in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Tarumanagara University class of 2020 is wrong sitting position (PRR= 6.029), exercise frequency not/rare (PRR=2.692), with exercise duration never/<30 minutes (P=0.124).

Teaching English Through Music: Multimodal Learning Activities for Primary School Children

This paper discusses an innovative approach to English language learning for children through the integration of music and songs. The author seeks to understand how music influences students' learning motivation and improves their English language skills. The theory underpinning this research is Gardner's multiple intelligences, which recognizes that each individual has different types of intelligence, including linguistic intelligence. The research also links this theory to multimodality, an approach that utilizes different media or ways of learning to enrich the educational process. Preliminary findings suggest that music can be an effective tool for promoting language skills, provided the methods used are varied and appropriate to the needs of the students.
