Pengembangan Materi Pembelajaran IPS untuk Kelas Awal dan Kelas Lanjut dalam Kurikulum Sekolah Dasar

This research aims to develop Social Sciences (IPS) learning materials that suit the needs of students in early grades (1, 2, and 3) and advanced grades (4, 5, and 6) in the Elementary School Curriculum. This learning material development approach uses a competency-based approach and refers to the principles of fun and student-centered learning. The methods used are literature study, observation, and consultation with education experts. Early grades require a more visual and playful approach to social studies learning. Therefore, learning materials for early grades are designed taking these needs into account. For example, material about the surrounding environment is presented through pictures, role plays and short stories that are relevant to children's daily lives. Meanwhile, advanced classes require a more analytical and contextual approach in learning social studies. Learning materials for advanced classes are prepared taking into account students' cognitive and social development. For example, material on history is presented through case studies, group discussions, and simple research projects that allow students to develop analysis and synthesis skills. It is hoped that the results of the development of social studies learning materials will increase students' interest and understanding of social studies materials and help teachers present learning materials that are interesting and relevant to students' needs.

This study aims to determine the influence of Core Self Evaluation, Team Cohesion, Organizational Culture, and Agile Teamwork on Team Performance. This is a descriptive quantitative study with a sample size of 300. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and literature studies, with data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Results, The study shows that Core Self Evaluation, Team Cohesion, Organizational Culture, and Agile Teamwork significantly and positively influence Team Performance. This means the better the Core Self Evaluation, Team Cohesion, Organizational Culture, Agile Teamwork, the higher the Team Performance. Implications, This study can be a reference for organizations in forming policies and reward systems that support aspects of Core Self Evaluation, Team Cohesion, Organizational Culture, Agile Teamwork. Rewards can be given to create a positive culture, increase team cohesion, and support adaptive performance. Originality, The novelty of this study lies in the examination of Core Self Evaluation, Organizational Culture, Agile Teamwork together on team performance, conducted in the Jabodetabek area.

Digital learning media using animation-based videos can help trainees to understand learning material in accordance with learning objectives. This research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of stages of analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation, and this research only reaches the development stage. Determination of samples using random sampling techniques, and the number of samples was 50 participants. The data obtained in the development of this animated video media was obtained by validating the material and media, as well as seeing the participants' responses to the media developed using participant response questionnaires, scale methods with Likert modifications. The results of expert validation are in the Very Valid category and received a very decent response from participants and it can be stated that the animated video learning media developed is very valid for use in learning.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of functionality and flexibility between Perplexity and Phind.com in meeting student communication needs in a university environment. In an increasingly advanced digital era, the use of artificial intelligence-based applications is very important to support the learning process and student communication. Perplexity is known for its fast and accurate search capabilities while Phind.com superior personalization and flexibility in the delivery of information. This research uses a mixture of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. A survey was conducted among 200 students and semi-structured interviews were also conducted among 10 students at Hasanuddin University who had used the Perplexity application and Phind.com. Data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, interviews with informants who are considered competent and in accordance with the topics discussed. The results of this research show that Perplexity and Phind.com. has different functionality and flexibility in meeting student learning needs. In the case of researchers, Perplexity excels at providing access to quality and diverse learning materials and features that support independent learning. Meanwhile, Phind.com excels in providing an active discussion forum and learning community, as well as features that support collaboration and interaction between students. Both applications have their own advantages and disadvantages. The right application for students depends on their individual learning needs and learning style.

Regional economic development is the process by which local governments and their communities work together to manage available resources. It is expected that this development will drive economic growth in the area by creating new jobs and thus increasing per capita income. Thus, the local economy will develop. This study aims to identify the leading sectors in Magetan Regency and Ngawi Regency, and evaluate whether there are differences between the leading sectors in the two regencies. In addition, this study also aims to understand the role of leading sectors in the development of economic potential in the two districts. The population of this research is the economic sectors in Magetan Regency, Ngawi Regency, and East Java Province in the 2017-2022 period. The research method is based on a quantitative approach using LQ, Shift Share, and Klassen Typology analysis methods. The results showed that Magetan and Ngawi Regencies in the same LQ calculation had 7 leading sectors. The economic sector received positive results in all three components in the SS calculation there are 7 sectors in Magetan Regency while Ngawi Regency has only 6 sectors. And in the Klassen Typology analysis there are 4 economic sectors that qualify for quadrant 1 in Magetan Regency while Ngawi Regency has only 3 economic sectors. The sectors that have experienced significant positive growth in the three analyses include water supply, waste management, landfills and recycling, education services, health services and social activities.

Due to the shifted variables affecting work fulfillment among people, organizational administration must pay extraordinary consideration. The reason for this investigation is to recognize factors affecting job satisfaction among workers within the control era industry, especially within the Suralaya PGU Work Unit. The emergence of service system problems that are carried out manually which causes inefficiencies that take a long time. The absence of records and data archive management becomes difficult to track finances, decision-making processes and evaluate the overall performance of RTs making a lack of transparency and accountability. The purpose of this research is to design the user interface of the RT administration system application with the design thinking method so as to produce an easy-to-use application user interface as needed as a solution to existing problems. This research uses the design thinking method. The nature of design thinking is human-centered. Design thinking uses strategic innovation to design for users through an empathetic process by trying to understand user needs and focusing on human behavior and emotions to produce optimal innovation. As a result, the creation of the RT administration application user interface utilizes the design thinking method that produces prototypes according to user needs. This prototype became the basis for designing an RT service application with an easy-to-use and intuitive UI. The application of the design thinking method has been proven to help produce an easy-to-use application, which is expected to improve RT services and create a more engaged and informed community of citizens.

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine if cotton imports into Indonesia are influenced by cotton prices, cotton consumption, cotton production and exchange rate.. This study falls under the category of quantitative research. Data on cotton prices, cotton consumption, cotton production, exchange rate, and cotton imports make up this study population. The study sample consists of yearly data from Indonesia organized into timeseries that are consecutive and span the years 2003 through 2020. The secondary data documentation approach is the data gathering strategy used in this study. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which meets the BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimate) assumption. Based on the statistical t test results, the variable Cotton Prices (X1) 3,299 > ttable 2,160, Cotton Consumption (X2) = 6,398 > ttable 2,160, Cotton Production (X3) = 4,324 > ttable 2,160, and that the Exchange Rate (X4) = 3,128 > ttable 2,160 has an effect on Cotton Imports (Y) in Indonesia. The result of statistical testing indicates that H0 is rejected when Fcount > Ftable. The research found that although the four variables Cotton Prices (X1), Cotton Consumption (X2), Cotton Production (X3), and Exchange Rates (X4) had a simultaneous and limited influence on Imports of Cotton (Y), the Cotton Prices (X1) variable had the most impact.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship and impact of these variables on HDI, as well as provide policy recommendations that can improve the quality of human development in the Central Java Province area. This study uses a quantitative research approach methodology, which is a technique to provide statistical research and programs as answers to data-related research questions. This study examines the influence of poverty, unemployment, and regional income as intervening variables on the Human Development Index in East Java Province in 2010-2019. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the data collected using intervening variables. The results show that economic growth and government expenditure are able to increase HDI in East Java Province because many sectors and facilities are prepared by the government to support the quality of life of its people, but unlike the two variables above, unemployment does not have a significant influence on the Human Development Index.

This study uses a classroom action research model and points to the implementation process. The source of the research data was children aged 4-5 years in RA Aisyiyah Suruh, bringin, ngawi totaling 15 children, 5 women 10 boys. This data will be used for the purposes of research data analysis so as to recognize the picture of increasing colou circle color recognition in children aged 4-5 years. Effects of Stock Trading Volume, Leverage, and Dividend Payout Ratio on Stock Price Volatility

This study aims to analyze the impact of stock trading volume, leverage, and dividend payout ratio (DPR) on stock price volatility among companies included in the Kompas100 Index and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. The data used in this research were obtained from the financial statements available on the official IDX website and additional data from Yahoo Finance. A purposive sampling method was used to select the research sample based on specific criteria. The results of the study indicate that stock trading volume and leverage have a significant positive impact on stock price volatility, while DPR also influences volatility by showing changes that can elicit sharp market reactions. These findings provide important insights for investors and company management regarding factors that can increase risk and uncertainty in stock prices in the market.

It is important for an organization or institution to have an effective and quality violence prevention strategy in carrying out the vision and mission that has been made to realize the goals for the organization or institution itself. This study aims to find out the handling strategies carried out by the ABC Islamic Boarding School from the stage of student safety planning to supervision evaluation to improve environmental safety for its students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that uses the design thinking method. The informants in this study are the principal, teachers, and students of the ABC Islamic Boarding School. This research is located at the ABC Islamic Boarding School. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. As a result, the application of the design thinking model has proven to be effective in identifying the root cause of the problem and creating innovative solutions to prevent bullying in the Islamic boarding school environment. Through the stages of empathy, definition, idea, prototype, and testing, the research team was able to understand the needs and challenges faced by the students. Bullying is bound to have bad consequences, not only for those who do it but especially for those who are targeted, affecting their personal, social, and educational aspects. Holding positive activities for students who can instill family values and solidarity, as well as organizing educational sessions about bullying during their stay at the pesantren, can help prevent this behavior from happening again in the future.

The aim of this research is to design a spatial regression model with an inverse distance weighting matrix formed from the crime rates in the provinces of Bali and East Java, based on influencing factors, and to explore the interconnection between crime rates in one district/city with others. This study utilizes crime rate data obtained from the 2023 publications of the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of Bali and East Java, covering 47 districts/cities. Spatial regression with inverse distance matrix is employed to analyze the factors influencing crime rates in both provinces, including spatial autocorrelation. The research findings indicate interconnection among districts/cities in the two provinces. The Spatial Error Model (SEM) shows that factors such as average length of schooling, population density, gender ratio, and GDP per capita significantly influence crime rates. This model has an AIC value of 525.06 and a pseudo-R2 value of 64.10%.

This research aims to explore the comparison on motivation, independence, and mathematics learning outcomes through technologies integration in mathematics learning process, between students who utilized KooBits (an online learning platform) and those who did not. Involving 66 students from grade 5, the study used a quasi-experimental design. The experimental class consisted of 34 students who used KooBits, while the control class consisted of 32 students. The research instruments included a scoring rubric, a motivation scale, and a learning independence scale. Through a T-test for the mean scores and n-gain scores of motivation, independence, and learning outcomes. The results of the independent sample t-test show that the Sig value for learning outcomes is 0.668 < 0.05, for learning motivation Sig is 0.331 > 0.05, and for learning independence Sig is 0.017 < 0.05. The results showed no significant differences in motivation and learning outcomes, but there were differences in the aspects of learning independence.

The aim of this research is to evaluate how well the e-Musrenbang application performs in the North Bontang Regency area in terms of development planning. The importance of implementing e-Government and Electronic-Based Government Systems in development planning is the driving force for this research. e-Musrenbang, an application with a geographical focus, is a method used to help communities get involved in development. With a research focus on North and South Bontang Regencies, this research uses qualitative methodology. The research objects are represented by Guntung Village and Tanjung Laut Indah Village. Using Budiani's theory, this research focuses on the characteristics of goal setting, socialization, target accuracy, and monitoring. Utilizing secondary data, interviewing relevant informants, and observation are the methods used for data collection. The research findings show how well the e-Musrenbang application is able to increase community involvement in planning and development in North Bontang District and South Bontang District. In this case, the public can convey their ambitions more easily online thanks to this program, which also helps the government in regulating and monitoring these aspirations. In addition, the application of geospatial technology makes development planning easier and more precise and focused. However, there are several shortcomings in this research, such as research topics that are limited to two different sub-districts and data collection techniques that only use qualitative techniques. Therefore, to have a more thorough understanding of the usability of this application, it is recommended that future research integrate qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

To test the relationship between the independent variable (PMDN, BI Rate, and exchange rate) and the dependent variable (JCI) over a certain period of time, multiple regression analysis method is used. This research uses data obtained from various reliable and relevant sources. The findings of this study are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence JCI in Indonesia and provide insight for policymakers to improve the investment climate. The conclusions and policy recommendations generated from this study are expected to be able to make a positive contribution to Indonesia's economic development in the long term.

Scarlett Whitening is a company engaged in the beauty sector and has been officially established since 2017. The Scarlett Whitening company uses social media as a tool to market products and find out customer needs and wants. The aim of this research is to understand the influence of celebrity endorser, electronic word of mouth, content marketing TikTok towards purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening product. This research uses quantitative descriptive alongside with purposive sampling. This research the sample used was 97 people with an age range of 16-60 years. The researchers use SPSS version 26 to process the data, with multiple linear regression as the main method. Based on the result of the study, it is indicated that the electronic word of mouth and content marketing does not significantly influence Purchase decision, while the celebrity endorser has a significant effect on purchase decision of Scarlett Whitening product.Celebrity endorsers, electronic word of mouth and content marketing together can measure the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of stunting on the severity of caries of deciduous teeth and the level of oral hygiene in children. Method: the systematic literature review taken from national journals and international journals is used. Results: From 10 selected journals there was a significant correlation between stunting children and the severity of dental caries in children. The effects of stunting in addition to impaired cognitive function also affect the severity of dental caries and oral hygiene. Children with malnutrition have higher dental caries than children with good nutrition. This is due to changes in salivary characteristics and salivary secretions to decrease causing cavities in the oral cavity. Saliva as a cleaning and anti-bacterial agent in the oral cavity. As a result of dental caries that causes pain, interferes with masticatory function and affects nutritional status. Conclusion: From various types of studies it is proven that children with stunting have various impacts on the growth and health condition of their teeth and mouth. It can be seen from the high incidence of caries in children and it is also found that there are changes in conditions in the oral cavity that cause a decrease in the rate of salivary flow.

This research aims to examine the relationship between the Basic Economic Sector and Labor Absorption for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses secondary data with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is data from the Annual Gross Regional Domestic Product Report for East Java and Sidoarjo Regency and data on Labor Absorption of Sidoarjo Regency. The sample used is annual Gross Regional Domestic Product data based on constant prices, basic sectors and labor absorption using a sample of the last 5 years, namely 2018 to 2022. The analysis method used in this research is the LQ method and data regression analysis method using SPSS software in carrying out data processing. The results of this research show that the Sidoarjo Regency Base Sector analysis in 2018-2022 produced 3 superior sectors, namely the Processing Industry Sector, the Electricity and Gas Procurement Sector, and the Transportation and Warehousing Sector. Meanwhile, the simultaneous results of the Base Sector variable have a significant effect on Labor Absorption. Partially, the Base Sector has a positive and significant effect on Labor Absorption. The Base Sector variable is able to explain variations in the Cooperative Capital variable of 98.4% and 1.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the research variables

The purpose of this study is to analyze by discussing the protection of cultural knowledge seen from Law No. 5 of 2017, which at the time of the case in decision 823/K/Pid.Sus/2009 occurred where Law No. 5 of 2017 had not been passed. Indonesian society is a communal society, where there is a lack of awareness in protecting traditional culture. The emergence of various problems related to the Protection of Intellectual Property in Traditional Knowledge and Cultural Expression has made the public begin to realize the importance of Intellectual Property Law itself. In this study, the researcher uses a normative juridical law research method, namely reviewing and studying literature, legislation related to Traditional Knowledge and Cultural Expression by conducting a Law and Literature approach by analyzing secondary data through literature such as books, journals, articles and laws and regulations related to Traditional Knowledge. As a result, Decision No. 823/K/Pid.Sus/2009 showed that judges lacked understanding of traditional knowledge, which at that time had not been specifically regulated and only through the Patent Law, Trademark Law, and Copyright Law. Public awareness of Intellectual Property Rights is also low, leading to legal uncertainty. Law No. 5 of 2017 provides protection for traditional cultural knowledge and expressions, such as arts and customs, with the state obliged to carry out inventory, maintenance, and preservation. This law also emphasizes the importance of public legal awareness in its enforcement.

Analisis Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Rework terhadap Kualitas Kinerja Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi Gedung di Kota Denpasar

Building construction is always undergoing rework. This can happen due to design errors, the application of work methods that are not in accordance with procedures, or lack of supervision during the construction process. In previous studies, the factors that cause rework include design, management, resources, and the environment. This study analyzes how these factors have an impact on the quality of performance in the implementation of construction projects. Construction projects in Denpasar City are the subject of quantitative and qualitative research. Data was collected through interviews, brainstorming, and questionnaires with experts. With the purposive sampling method, respondents are selected based on predetermined criteria. SmartPLS 3.0 software is used to process the data through the analysis of the average square. The test results show that design, management, resources, and environment affect the quality of construction project implementation performance by 94.40 percent; Outside of the study, this influence was 5.60 percent. With an initial sample value (O) of 0.401, management was the most influential rework factor on the quality of project execution performance, compared to 0.226 for design, 0.261 for resources, and 0.222 for the environment. Therefore, contractors must have the ability to improve management functions during the construction project execution process so that they can reduce the amount of work that has to be done again at a later date.

Artificial intelligence has become a primary focus in the development of computer systems that mimic human brain functions. One application is the development of Chatbots to assist in various fields. In this context, the research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of two types of Chatbots, namely Chatbot Gemini and ChatGPT, in providing customer service at GAOTek Inc. Through the application of Independent T-tests, the research findings indicate a significant difference in the performance of the two Chatbots. ChatGPT exhibits a lower average score compared to Chatbot Gemini, demonstrating significant efficiency superiority. The Independent T-test statistical results show the rejection of the null hypothesis, indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The alternative hypothesis is accepted, confirming a distinction in the performance of the two Chatbots. Thus, ChatGPT is declared as the most efficient Chatbot in the context of customer service at GAOTek Inc. These results are expected to provide valuable insights for the development and implementation of Chatbots in enhancing customer service effectiveness across various industries, particularly at GAOTek Inc.

Enhancing Employee Performance through Strategic Training: A Study of the Food and Beverage Kitchen Department in Five-Star Hotel in Nusa Dua

This study investigates the impact of training on employee performance in the Food and Beverage Kitchen Department of five-star hotels in Nusa Dua. The research aims to bridge the gap between theoretical models of training and their practical implementation within the hospitality sector. A quantitative descriptive methodology was employed, with data collected through online questionnaire. The data were analysed using SPSS version 23, including validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, and t-tests. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between training and employee performance. The study concludes that effective training programmes are crucial for enhancing employee performance and recommends improving training methods and facilities. Future research could explore the long-term effects of different training types on performance outcomes.

In the current digital era, the concept of flexible work has become increasingly relevant and pressing. The COVID-19 pandemic that swept the world has accelerated the adoption of flexible work practices, with many organizations forced to adapt to new situations where working from home has become the norm. However, the implementation of flexible work does not always proceed smoothly and presents various challenges, such as cultural and organizational changes, effective performance management, and equality of access and technology. This research analyzes the challenges and inhibiting factors in implementing flexible work based on previous literature studies. These challenges include cultural and organizational changes, performance management and supervision, equality of access and technology, work-life balance, conflict management and communication, as well as variations in the effects of flexible work on job quality. Inhibiting factors include difficulties in assessing individual readiness, technical challenges and infrastructure, competency gaps and technological limitations, as well as managerial difficulties. To address these challenges and inhibiting factors, organizations need to take appropriate steps, including policy adjustments, providing training and technology support, and developing appropriate performance management systems.

This research aims to determine law enforcement against mini pom business actors in Gelung Village, Paron District, Ngawi Regency along with the obstacles and efforts. This research uses descriptive analytical reseearch with a normatiive approach methodology. The results ofthis research is the effectiveness of law enforcement against Mini Pom Business Actors in Gelung Village is currently still not optimal. The problem is include the small number of Paron Police Criminal Investigation Unit personnel, making it difficult to carry out operations and patrols. Besides that, the lack of legal knowledge among fuel traders in the Gelung Village area has resulted in an increasing number of fuel traders running their businesses without permits, making law enforcement difficult. Preventive efforts are undertaken, including cooperative outreach with local government representatives to raise awareness of the significance of business permits for gasoline trade. Enhancing oversight of fuel trade businesses (mini pumps) within Paron District's jurisdiction, particularly in Gelung Village. to lessen the room available for business actors to establish companies without authorization. imposes penalties on those who open a business without a permit, including fines and jail.

Peningkatan Performance Arang Aktif Sabut Buah Pinang (Areca Catechu L) sebagai Adsorben Kation

This study aims to see the effect of carbonization temperature on areca coir charcoal, the effect of activator H₃PO₄ on acidity and surface area, optimal pH and adsorption contact time, effective alarm and active adsorption of areca nut activated charcoal. Areca nut coir charcoal carbonized at various temperatures to determine its optimum carbonization temperature, then activated with H₃PO₄ at concentrations of 0.5M, 1M and 2M to adsorb Cu (II) metal ion. The results of this study indicate that the effect of areca nut charcoal obtained at each carbonization temperature (300⁰C, 400⁰C, 500⁰C and 600⁰C) is quite good, but the optimum carbonization temperature is 500⁰C with reference to the quality standard according to SNI 06-3730-1995. The surface acidity values of activated areca nut coir H₃PO₄ 0.5M, 1M and 2M were 5.43 mmol/g, 5.78 mmol/g and 8.35 mmol/g, respectively. The surface area of H₃PO₄ activated charcoal with concentrations of 0.5M, 1M and 2M analyzed using the BET test showed values of 0.00 m²/g, 21.273 m²/g and 75.101m²/g, respectively. The optimum pH is pH 7 and the optimum contact time is 60 minutes. The adsorption ability of the activated charcoal is very high so it is very good to be used to adsorb metal ions.

Employee performance is an important aspect of HRM that reflects how effectively employees achieve the responsibilities and tasks assigned by the company, the role of HR is needed to maintain employee performance levels in order to achieve company targets. This study aims to determine the partial effect of distributive justice performance appraisal, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Shoetown Ligung Indonesia. This research uses descriptive verification research through interview, survey and questionnaire methods as data collection instruments. The sampling technique of this research is Non Probability Sampling with Systematic Sampling method multiples of 5 (five) with a total of 104 respondents from the total population of 520 employees. Data analysis was done using simple and multiple regression techniques to assess the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the SPSS 26.00 version application. The results showed that partially distributive justice performance appraisal, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant affected on employee performance at PT Shoetown Ligung Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to describe the collection development policy implemented at the East Kalimantan Provincial Library and Archives Office. In this study the authors took a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, namely collecting data through library research and field research through interviews, observation and collection of documents related to the problem and analyzing data inductively. This research was conducted at the Library and Archives Office of East Kalimantan Province, Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No. 4 Samarinda East Kalimantan. Researchers applied interactive data analysis techniques which include data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the study showed that the Regional Library and Archives Office of East Kalimantan Province in carrying out collection development has not been fully achieved. This is due to limited manpower and cooperation in handling the collection development process. The collection development process is in the form of adding collections, namely; purchases, gifts and deposits. The collection development process includes six activity components consisting of community analysis, selection policy, selection, procurement and weeding of collections and collection evaluation.

Anesthesia in Emergency PDA Stenting with Pulmonary Arteri Atresia

Pulmonary atresia with an intact ventricular septum is a condition that is characterized by a complete obstruction to right ventricular outflow. This condition is fatal if untreated. Ductus arteriosus communicate between pulmonary artery and proximal descending aorta. It is essential in fetal life as a communicating shunt to send blood from right ventricle bypassing the underdeveloped lungs. Ductal patency may be lifesaving in few cyanotic congenital heart diseases to maintain pulmonary blood flow.Case Illustration : We present a case of a 1‑day‑old, 3405 g child who presented to casualty with bluish discoloration. The child had central cyanosis, tachypnea with saturation 80% on 1 L/minute nasal cannula and desaturate to 40%. Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) revealed intact intraventricular septum with pulmonary atresia and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The patient scheduled to an emergency PDA stenting. A heating blanket is installed on the operation table, oxygen saturation with Pulse‑oxymeter, noninvasive blood pressure, end-tidal CO2 monitor, and temperature monitoring were done. Anesthesia induction was performed with 50% oxygen in air, fentanyl 3 µg/kg, ketamine 2 mg/kg, atracurium 0.5 mg/kg and maintained with sevoflurane. The procedure was performed about 20 to 30 minutes. After procedure, oxygen saturation was increased up to 60%. The child was successfully extubated after 24 hours in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with saturation 92%.Conclusion: PDA stenting is a less invasive palliative procedure for ductal dependent complex congenital heart diseases. Anesthesiologist's role were maintaining arterial saturation and hemodynamics, securing vascular assess, maintaining temperature. It needs thorough understanding of underlying physiology.

In order to realize a Child Friendly City, the Samarinda City Government implementing the Fulfillment of Children’s Rights program. This research aims to determine the implementation of the fulfillment of children’s rights carried out by the Samarinda City Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Service, on policy content variables based on the theory of policy implementation model from Grindle which consist of six elements, namely the interest affected by the policy, the types of benefits generated, the degree of change that occurs, the position of policy makers, program implementers and the resources mobilized. By using a qualitative descriptive research approach, this research concludes that the implementation of Child Friendly Regency/City in Samarinda City based on the contents of its policies has achieved good results with obtained the Nindya level of Child Friendly City award through involving various cross-sectoral stakeholders and placing children as “Pioneers and Reporters” in involvement in the Children’s Forum. The Samarinda City Child Friendly City program has become a pilot area for other regions in East Kalimantan Province. However, the comprehensive fulfillment of children’s rights has still not been achieved, especially for children in the street, homeless, beggars and children who have been married early. There is a need for cooperation between the Samarinda City Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Service and the Social Service that is more progressive in handling these children’s cases to fulfill their rights better.

The Influence of Host Attractiveness and TV Programs on Interest in Watching Net.Tv (Case Study of Desta in the Main Hakim Sendiri)

The purpose of this study was to determine the attractiveness of Desta and the ‘Main Hakim Sendiri' program had an effect on viewing interest. This study used quantitative-survey method. Survey research method is a type of method carried out by obtaining factual, actual, and systematic information on certain population facts. The survey also obtained information from some respondents who are representative of a population. The research was carried out in the Jabodetabek area so that the wide reach made it easier for researchers to be able to research people who knew the ‘Main Hakim Sendiri ' program. The population taken in this study is in the form of Indonesian people, both men and women and live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, or Bekasi with an infinite number. The results of the T test (partial) show that the variables "host attractiveness" (X1) and "tv program" (X2) significantly positively affect viewing interest (Y), which means that the more attractive Desta is as a host and the better the quality of television programs, the higher the audience's interest in watching. In addition, the results of the F test (simultaneous) also revealed that the two variables simultaneously had a significant positive effect on viewing interest, so the hypothesis that "host attractiveness" and "tv program" had a significant positive effect on viewing interest was accepted, while the opposite hypothesis was rejected.

Human trafficking, especially the exploitation of women and children, is a serious problem that threatens humanity in the ASEAN region. The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has an important role in tackling this phenomenon. This research aims to analyze ASEAN's role in tackling human trafficking, with a focus on the exploitation of women and children, as well as to identify challenges and provide recommendations for improvement. The research method used is the normative juridical method, which examines various legal materials as the main basis for answering research problems. A statutory and conceptual approach is used to examine relevant legal instruments and examine concepts related to human trafficking, human rights, and the protection of women and children. Data was collected through document studies and secondary literature, then analyzed qualitatively to evaluate ASEAN's role and effectiveness in tackling human trafficking. The research results show that ASEAN has adopted various legal instruments, including the ASEAN Convention Against Trafficking in Persons (ACTIP), but implementation and coordination between member countries is still a major challenge. The role of civil society and non-governmental organizations is also important in supporting efforts to combat human trafficking in the ASEAN region. Recommendations are suggested to strengthen policy implementation, increase regional cooperation, and strengthen protection for victims, especially women and children.

This study aims to understand whether factors such as the Rupiah exchange rate, interest rates, Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) influence share prices of IDX30 companies from 2014 to 2022. Companies in the IDX30 index span the period 2014 - 2022 is the object of this study. For this study, 14 companies were selected as research samples through a purposive sampling method. This research applies secondary data with documentation techniques for data collection. Data analysis was carried out using the Eviews 10.0 analysis tool for panel data regression. The findings in the study explain that partially Rupiah exchange rate and ROE variables have a positive and significant influence on stock prices, the DER variable has a negative and significant influence on share prices, while interest rates have no impact on share prices. Simultaneously, share prices are influenced by the Rupiah exchange rate, interest rates, Return on Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio.

How ever, along with the development tof the era with the number of cases involving corporations as perpetrators of criminal acts, the Criminal Code that we currently use has been revised, with the National Criminal Code Bill. The change islocated in Article 45 paragraph 1 of the Draft Criminal Code, which states that corporations arecriminal subjects. This research is normative juridical research that uses a Comparative Approachand a Statute Approach. The legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legalmaterials. The results of this study are that the Draft Criminal Code and the Special Law have notregulated the criminal liability of corporations committed by the private sector. Where in the Netherlands these arrangements have been regulated in the Dutch Penal Code in Article 328ter paragraph (1) and Article 328ter paragraph (2).

Employee performance, especially in health services in the Health Insurance Era, is a very important concern today. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of employee remuneration and motivation on employee performance at Pasundan Health Center and Talaga Bodas Health Center Bandung City. This study used verificative descriptive research through survei and questionnaire methods as data collection instruments. The sample of this study is probability sampling consisting of 63 respondents or the total number of employees at Pasundan Health Center and Talaga Bodas Health Center Bandung City. Data analysis was performed using simple and multiple regression techniques to assess the influence of the independent variabel on the dependent variabel. The results showed that partially and simultaneously employee remuneration and motivation had a significant influence on improving employee performance at Pasundan Health Center and Talaga Bodas Health Center Bandung City.

The aim of this research is to determine the dominant technical risk factors that occur during the construction of green buildings in the field and to determine the application of risk management in construction projects. In this research, risk identification, risk analysis and risk response were carried out in several green building developments in the city of Semarang. The research method used was by survey, distributing risk factor questionnaires and actions on risk factors to construction supervisor/management consultants. Assessment of the ranking of risk factor questionnaires and actions on risk factors using the Relative Importance Index (IKR).

The Indonesia-Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IK-CEPA) is a bilateral free trade agreement (FTA) between Indonesia and South Korea which covers the areas of trade in goods, services, investment, economic, legal and institutional cooperation. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of IK-CEPA implementation on trade in goods and services between Indonesia and South Korea. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of IK-CEPA has influenced trade in goods and services between Indonesia and South Korea, which has led to increased trade, investment, technological progress and cooperation between the countries. However, there are still several obstacles that need to be overcome to maximize the benefits of IK-CEPA, including a lack of information about IK-CEPA among entrepreneurs and limited production capacity in Indonesia.

This research was conducted to examine the lexical and grammatical meanings of the song Zona Comfort sung by Fourtwnty using sematic studies. Lexical and grammatical meanings themselves are part of sematic studies which are generally found in writing, including song lyrics. Lexical and grammatical meanings themselves are common meanings contained in a language used in communication, both communicating directly and communicating in writing, for example conveying lexical and grammatical meanings contained in song lyrics. This study adopts the song Zona Comfort performed by Fourtwnty because it is felt to contain both lexical and grammatical meanings in it. This research was conducted using a microstructural approach in the form of lexical cohesion and grammatical cohesion. This research is presented in a qualitative descriptive form. Qualitative descriptive data obtained in the form of words, language, meaning, and the results of sentence analysis in the form of lexical and grammatical cohesion. The source of the data obtained from this study is the source of the lyrics of the song Zona Comfort which is analyzed and studies regarding the understanding of lexical and grammatical meanings. The results of this study are that the song Zona Depan performed by the band Fourtwnty contains lexical and grammatical meanings precisely in the aspects of reference, ellipsis and conjunctions in the grammatical meaning. As well as aspects of repetition, anonym, collocation, and synonyms in the lexical meaning.

Water Carrying Capacity on Small Islands Tourism: Case Study of the Tidung Islands, Jakarta

This study examines the water carrying capacity of the Tidung Islands, a popular small island tourism destination in Jakarta, Indonesia. The research aims to measure the availability of water resources and assess the balance between water supply and demand, focusing on both domestic and tourism needs. Using a water balance approach, the study analyzes seasonal fluctuations in precipitation, evapotranspiration, runoff, and changes in water storage. The results indicate that while Tidung Islands currently have a surplus of water resources, projected increases in population and tourism will lead to periods of water deficit by 2040. The study highlights the critical need for sustainable water management practices, including rainwater harvesting, efficient water use, and community involvement in conservation efforts. Implementing these strategies is essential to ensure long-term water security and support the continued growth of tourism and local development in Tidung Islands.
